It's possible it was store specific, cs told me they had a lot of of people try and it didn't work, I insisted they try it for me and didn't work either..

Redeeming is limited to 10 per account, always was.

Do you mean I will still get the coupon if I buy more than 10?  At long as I redeem less than 10 in a transaction, I am fine. right?

you can get more than 10 coupons through one account, but you can only redeem 10 per account per promo.

Coupon is generic and can be used on any card. As explained upthread the earning side is unlimited. Redemption as a general rule is limited to 10 total coupons per card (nothing to do with transactions it’s total coupon redemption per card). Getting additional cards will help on the redemption side. Keep in mind that S&S is pretty good at merging accounts. I think I gave you enough to work with.

last time 5 needed an override, but they were $20 coupons so 5=$100 discount.
I wonder if it's a dollar limit or a coupon limit.
