1) You can type card number on your cell phone in an app like key ring- then show the attendant- has real look with real bar-code
2) not sure why only $1.20 got taken off when you had 2000 points. where any of the points accumulated that day?
3) I believe you can only fill up once, up to 35 gallons, with the discount per day? per 24 hour period? anyone confirm this?
4) In 2-3 fill ups last month, my credit cards have been limiting me to certain dollar amounts. I am not sure if this is done on purpose by the gas attendants as I have been filling up at the same stations with same credit cars for 3-4 months I now use cash to get the full 35 gallon amount.
5) As for points, keep records of your point total before and after your fill ups. Check points daily or every day as there are some attendants "stealing" points

Takes 24 hours to be available at gas station.

Same thing happened to me. I went direct. The receipt had updated the account; but the 'active account wasn't updated untill the next day. Next time, check your online stop and shop account before going.

By the way, there is a Stop and Shop app that makes it easy to keep track of your gas rewards. Its under My Stop and Shop and it also tells you how many points you have and when it expires.

I have not reached any limit by my gas station. I have definitely done 2 x in 24 hrs. (Today @ 5pm & 7:30pm)

What do they get from stealing your points?
I saw the story upthread, and that gas attendant stole points within 5 minutes out filling up.. what do they care if the next customer gets a discount?
