ANA vs Krisflyer vs Aeroplan vs United- Which is best *A from value of points?

Now with recent devaluation of United, Is it safe to assume Krisflyer or ANA becomes best *A award redemption post Feb 2014? Aeroplan charges fuel surcharge. US Air merging with AA. so best one left is Krisflyer or ANA. Does ANA Charge Fuel Surcharge? If not, then it is best, as it is distance driven. better than Krisflyer.  especialy for international travel. Any comments? Also is there a good churning ability credit card available to transfer to either of them regularly. ones like UME or SP, which we could churn as many as 4 times a year each and collect points for United. now with that devaluation, we need to find cards which can allow us to churn 4 times a year and collect in ANA or Krisflyer. Any suggestions?

ANA is the worst of all, you can't book a ticket 4 days from the flight, Hefty surcharges on all flights, miles expire 3 years, regardless of activity

Any AMEX card that we can churn 3-4 times a year and keep collecting MR points like UME or SP?
