Any perks for an AA Plat while flying BA?

I'm Platinum with AA and flying British Airways in the next few weeks. Are there any perks being that they're both part of oneworld?

Just go to ba . com and check out what status you have as a one world member.

I think Lounge Access is correct, but seat selection is still not free, but please CMIIW.
