earn 1 hit for every transfer – max 10 hits
I wonder if you can do 10 transfers from the same hotel. If yes, all you need is that, plus if you do 6 Hyatt hotel stays after 9/15 you get 10k bonus (plus 6k if you're Diamond). That's 20k, 6k EQM. Not bad.

3.Earn one hit for every mileage-earning stay with a hotel partner (max 6 hits per member). Here's what I'm thinking
6 Hotel stays (10k+points at Hyatt will almost pay for itself)
6 Car rentals (will likely do anyway over that period of time)
3 Hotel Transfers (Hyatt, SPG, PC)
1 Get a debit card ($30, but includes 3k miles after first purchase)
1 Dividend Miles shopping mall (I'm sure something over that time will be eligible)
1 point.com transfer (10 PC, OR 2 Aero plane, OR 4 MR)
That's 18, now either I can gift someone miles, share miles (not really going to be worth it), emiles, e-reward, DM Dining (a lot of kosher restaurants), Thanks Again, or OfficeMax.com ($.25 paperclips or something)

Beware that if you participate in a US mileage promotion and then book or even hold a mileage ticket for a friend or even a relative can cause US to freeze your account.

Just beware of that before investing time or money in US promotions...
Save your time, I don't answer PM. Post it in the forum and a dedicated DDF'er will get back to you as soon as possible.

Has anyone started doing this yet? Care to post what "cheap" hits you found?

I just started...

1)Insurance quote from 21st century
2)insurance quote from sentry
3)dividend shopping mall (walmart) bought chapstick for $2.10 including shipping.
4)applied for a US biz card with no annual fee (5000 mile sign up bonus)
5)redeemed 500 miles for a magazine
6)points.com transfer
7) Vinesse pocket wine guide for $7.45

Still to do:
-e-miles transfer
-e-rewards transfer
-$1 coke at a dividend miles restaurant (dont think there are any kosher ones in chicago)
-$1.20 for a restaurant.com GC using thanks again (waiting for next promo code)
-Office max (anyone know if i can order crayons for $1 and add a $50 item and then return the $50 in store? That would get me free shipping)
-dividend miles wireless (cheapest thing i found with free shipping is about $8)
-$9 for Lifelock trial
-$9 for improvements bag clips on skymall including shipping.
$9 netflix trial

One more and ill be at 16. Thats 20k us for about $40. Its late and ill have to find some more easy ones later.

Im looking for transfers into my DM account from:

Accor (AClub) (4,000 points)
Hilton HHonors (10,000 points)
Hyatt Gold Passport (5,000 points)
Marriott Rewards (10,000 points)
Wyndahm rewards (8,000 points)
e-rewards (500 US air miles)

Anyone want to trade for a hit from somewhere else? Or possibly sell me some points from one of the above mentioned?

All right, here goes.:

1)Best Western transfer to US
2)Choice privileges transfer to US
3) Hilton Hhonors transfer to US
4) Hyatt points transfer to US
5) Priority club transfer to US
6) Radisson points transfer to US
7) SPG transfer to US
8 ) 21st century insurance quote
9) Ordered treif spread from biscoff ($17.85)
10) Bought 2000 miles from US ($29.56)
11) Chronomed order ($36.93)
12) Dividend miles dining ($1)
13) Ordered chapstick from walmart using DM shopping mall ($2.10)
14) Ordered crappy wipes from DM wireless ($8.48)
15) e-miles transfer
16) Ordered flowers from FTD.com ($44.98) (not included in cheshbon as something i had to order anyway)
17) Sharebuilder trade ($5.00)
18) Lifelock for 1 month (after trial is over) ($9.00)
19) Magazines for miles (-500 miles)
20) Netflix for 1 month (after trial is over) $8.99)
21) Network solutions 2 year email ($36.00) (have not done this yet...waiting to try and get an e-rewards transfer)
22) Office max order ($15.96- ordered something i needed)
23) Sentry insurance quote
24) Share miles
25) Skymall purchase ($11.63)
26) Supershuttle no-show at DFW airport ($12.00)
27) Swap miles @ points.com
28) Restaurant.com coupon @ Thanks again ($3.00)
29) Track it back ($19.90)
30) Vinesse wine guide ($7.45)
31-36) Renting 6 cars this sunday for $13.81 each at hertz

Now, before everyone starts asking for detailed instructions on how to do each of them, please do your own research as i have done mine. There is a huge thread on FT discussing all these cheap hits and a little search will take you very far. This may look easy, however it did take some time. There is a spreadsheet on FT as well which is very useful in keeping track of everything...

My total outlay (not including the flowers which i would have bought anyways and the network solutions) was/ is $371.71 which means im basically paying $0.00387 per mile. I did not always buy the cheapest thing available as occasionally there was something more usefull for a dollar or two more. I also plan on doing an extra hit or 2 in case 1 or 2 dont qualify (wasn't a new netlfix subscriber, although used a new address and CC)

Good luck to all those who intend to tackle this promo.

No general...every single one is very different. Look at the thread on FT for minute by minute updates as peoples hits post etc and how to do cheap hits...
