Essentially thread titles should be written properly.

Maybe every bad thread name should be put in the "proper grammar" thread.

It doesn't do a better job. I think it's also a good idea to have a little discussion what to rename things or a place to point people to when they can't find a thread.

+1 This irritates me to no end. Would love if those threads, and numerous ones like them, would be fixed. Great thread!
