Oh so scratch that percentage thing. Obviously as a great negotiator, there was some back and forth so you want us to guess the FIRST offer by percentage of the $15,000- correct?

Yes, when I first called, I was instantly offered x% off the 15k. What did they offer me?

The fact that this thread exists implies that the settlement was under $1k
And his speeding hints imply the number has something to do with 55 or 65 or that range.
