Unites you are a 1K or Platinum (I think) you will have a $75 fee to standby.

I just Canceled my tickets due to a personal reason. I simply sent an email and got this email reply

The refund of NOK 2941,- will be transferred to the same credit card that paid for the reservation.
Reason: Avbestilt innen 24t
Please allow us 3 to 5 workdays before the refund is completed.
