Just chatted with a supervisor about cancelling and he said only airport taxes are refundable. Any advice besides HUCA?

maybe it's only certain flights that their willing to cancel, (profitable vs non-profitable)

i chatted with them and they said no and then i asked nicely to cancel and give a full refund and they did!

I think you guys are confusing 2 things. These guys are trying to change the actual flight on the same day, not cancel reservations.

Mine said non-refundable as well. In fact United's message when trying to cancel with them online was you can cancel your flights but you will receive no credit
