I have been trying to access the site for the past hour and it is still loading??
The mobile site works but don't know hot to change it to English ...

I understand that. I was wondering if people are reporting 80-90 minutes until it tickets, does that mean UA will cancel it before then?

70 min ago, but its still not ticketd, do i get an email when it is or i need to keep lokking on united?

EU also has consumer protections.
If this happened to a US airline, I think they'd be obligated to cover it.
