So the tix are on refundable stock?
http://first2board.com/pointssummary/2013/11/24/norwegian-wideroe-airlines-codes-mistake-fares-refundable-tickets/

If so, that would solve the problem of ppl needing to cancel within 24 hrs.

Just spoke to Amex. They are flagging a lot of tickets due to seeing the Same foreign charge on many USA credit cards. They suspected a international fraud!!!!!!

@Drago

Supposedly you will still need to pay $300 to cancel.

Let's see how this plays out.

But there were probably only a few thousand tickets booked. Max ::)

So it's not truly refundable?

Something tells me they will be very easily cancelable regardless of the fare rules

Guess that's enough to trigger their fraud system

@Drago

It still needs to be clarified.
Many on FT say it doesn't mean anything when it says refundable on the e-receipt.

 I booked a ticket for 2 people and I decided right away that I wanna make 2 different reservations instead of first booking and than cancel I cancelled it  and tried afterwards to book again but of course the deal had to die that second and I stayed with nothing  :'(
Is there a way to reactivate a canceled r eservation?  ???

I emailed them that I cancelled it accidentally if they can re-book it for me and they of course answered me that I have to make new res ervations.  :(

Any help...

You missed my point.
And probably 25% of people (max) would use an amex to book. This is much larger than many of you think

I want to point out a bunch of weird things happening on united.com

A) The price being displayed on my Reservation is only Me+Baby and not taking my wife into account.

B) The price on the e-receipt only reflects the price for me+wife, and not baby.

C) My baby's name (or anything referring to an infant) isn't displayed on neither the reservation or receipt. I did receive confirmation from wideroe for my baby at the same time as the wife and I.

D) I was able to change meal preferences before I was ticketed, while afterwards it does not work.

I want to point out a bunch of weird things happening on united.com

A) The price being displayed on my Reservation is only Me+Baby and not taking my wife into account.

B) The price on the e-receipt only reflects the price for me+wife, and not baby.
A and B shouldn't be a concern, as the prices on the United.com website don't accurately show what's on the reservation.

C) My baby's name (or anything referring to an infant) isn't displayed on neither the reservation or receipt. I did receive confirmation from wideroe for my baby at the same time as the wife and I.
That too shouldn't be a problem. The infant should receive an e-ticket when you check in. To be sure, call United and ask them if they see an infant in the reservation.

D) I was able to change meal preferences before I was ticketed, while afterwards it does not work.
Log in with your United MileagePlus account (or actually with any account), and you'll be able to change the meal preference.
