Does it make any sense that they would confirm the ticket ASAP? Because I was testing the system using a vanilla reload that has no money on it, and it is showing online confirmed on all flights? I was booking a ticket from NY to MXP for $250 RT.

Yeah, for a small Norwegian website that must have been deluged with business the last 30 hours, they sure seem to respond quickly to emails! I also had a quick email back about upgrading to business.

Missed the last bunch of pages, I have two simple questions:
1) How come this company is answering emails and helping out so many people calling it a promotion, and being so efficient when they obviously know that they are being taken advantage of, and might end up with a massive debit memo
2) How come united is still ticketing the tickets, they will have an easier way out with unticketed tickets.

we all got confirmation emails even before they ran the cards. Dummy cards also yielded confirmations. Your ticket won't get ticketed. You'll probably get that cc email.
