Based on Wideroe Airlines Statement's, they have every intention of honoring these tickets. They knew exactly what was happening and when the site went down because of the overload they added additional servers. Wideroe Airlines probably made a windfall compared to other days and they are happy with it. They are laying the blame completely on Amadeus. I don't think customers will be affected but I do think this is going to end up in court or be settled by the ICAO.

Actually, United just changed the DOB, but they were unable to add the middle name. Im afraid to contact widereo to do it.
How many times does this need to be discussed???

Should he contact wideroe?

After reading all of the comments since I booked at 10pm in israel sat night, the reservation wasnt ticketed for over 24 hrs and I was discouraged... I did the CC form a few times to no avail - until I read that I can try to email Wideroe asking them for a status update... I did that and prob like 20 min later everything was finished up... I'd recommend anyone who has been waiting over 24 hrs to do the same (not to do it too soon)

My Amex still wasn't pending many hours after I got ticketed.

Intl charge on Amex only shows up a few days later as confirmed, it skips the pending box
