Braun Series 7 - 790cc Shaver $150 at Walmart

does anyone know if the outside piece touching the face is sharp enough on its on to cut the hair as is the case with other foil shavers?

it's really hard to make a rule because Braun can adjust it at any time, the series 7 has been around for some time.
My Rov tests each individual shaver.
