Royal loom band kit $3 at 99 cent store CA

There are the Loom band kits at the 99 cent store for $3. The cheapest I have seen these is 8 on Amazon.  In target and toys r us is 15.

Pretty hot item for girls,  but even the boys are playing with them.

They also have a package of 300 pcs with 3 charms for $1. Comes in regular,  glitter and neon colors
