I booked an AA flight using BA miles and there has been a schedule change. I called AA and they indicated they cannot re-book me on another flight since it was a BA award.
In the past I have had success with AA handling this for me on a BA award (they even processed a change in routing to flights that had no milesaaver availability) but it has been a few years.
Has the policy changed or is this a HUCA HUCA situation?
