Why not heavy snow?
Those backpack blowers are extremely powerful.

The snow doesn't get that icy here in new york if you do it right away, it might not be perfect but not to need a snow blower seems pretty nice.

If you don't care why would you comment?

It looked like they were using leaf blowers on the snow in the field during the blizzard at the Eagles Lions game one Sunday. It looked like it worked.
