I've done that in Target on items that had slightly broken packaging etc.

Hard to believe that in a bestbuy you can 'bargain' its not israel,  but obviously if you did get a discount it is possible it was a product that was old or not a hot item that a manager would offer additional discounts. Don't think it will work for the new X-box but pls let us know.
