This has to be your first 360 Checking account (including Electric Orange checking).

t&c "360 Checking: Bonuses are only paid for accounts that are opened and a total of 5 Card purchases or Person2Person Payments (or any combo of the two) are made within 45 days of account opening. The $125 bonus is available only for new accounts with a new Customer as primary owner. Your $125 bonus will automatically be deposited into your account on day 50. Variable Annual Percentage Yields (APY) effective 11/29/2013. 0.20% for balances up to $49,999.99; 0.80% for balances between $50,000 and $99,999.99; 0.85% for balances of $100,000 or more."

What exactly defines new customer?

looks like there is no minimum, you just need to meet the requirement of five debit purchases or mobile deposits

What's the need and why do they do a credit pull when you open an account? Is it a pull from all 3 agencies like the capitol one credit cards?

They pull your credit because they dont charge over draft fees. If you over draft they consider the money they put out a loan and charge a ridiculous interest interest they may as well charge over draft fees but that is why they need to do hard pull.

Just called in. A rep. confirmed that they do a hard-pull. He did not know if from all 3 agencies, but assuming capital one it was probably from all 3. $:-\$ . Well at least I'll make 125

I take back my question, everytime you apply for a credit card no matter what kind of credit you may have they do a credit pull and this is no different as they are in a certain sense giving you credit.
