How can I rent from Hertz using usaa or yeshiva group code if they don't allow me to sign up because I'm under 21?

you don't need to sign up to anything with Hertz to be able to use a CDP number to rent

Im looking to rent a car in Orlando Jun 30-July 5th. Cheapest I found was 165 otd through Avis. Corp. code didnt save me anything, any suggestions?

can someone point me to the page which has all the codes (not the first page).  I know I've used the Honeywell code before with National (Emerald) successfully in both Toronto and Dallas.  I'd like to use it again this time in Fort Lauderdale, but can't find the code.  TIA

This National code seems to get me the best rates thus far.  5760333
Still would like to compare to Honeywell.
