Does anyone know anything about this code G298100 for AVIS that waives the under 25 fee?

It does seem to work when I'm reserving online. Do I need any ID for this? What company is this officially for?

Data point for national LAX. Just rented twice. First time (4 pm) used a corporate, guy didn't ask. Second time (2 am) lady asked for corporate ID and didn't budge

I've had to back up multiple times whether for trying to take out a car I wasn't allowed to or not having ID, and have yet to be blacklisted.
