Yes they have a risk management team that i left a message however im not sure which route to take with them...

Ell Eee - It appears that National now requires use of a portal for certain contracts? I'm reluctant to use it because I'm thinking that they're "auditing" the reservations made using it?

Hi, I just made a reservation at AVIS at MIA using a corporate AWD Number (Avis Worldwide Discount Code). The email confirmation states the below. Has anyone been asked to produce an ID there? Also, are there contactless options to checkout?

"CORPORATE RESERVATIONS REQUIRE ID VERIFICATION. This reservation was made using a corporate AWD (Avis Worldwide Discount Code) that requires validation of eligibility. Please be prepared to produce your company ID, business card, or a recent email with the company’s email domain (e.g. @xyzcompany.com) for employment verification purposes when picking up your vehicle."
