can someone comment on height of the mattresses, 12 inches for plush top, is that higher then average? is anyone getting low boxspring, or not needed generally? thanks

I got W Hotel Mattresses a few years ago and have yet to have a bad night sleep!

I got the Plush top and they haven't changed that. They did introduce a new Extreme Signature bed that has what is in essence a 5" pillow that covers the whole top so you really sink in.

When you order a "set" instead of "mattress only" it includes the box spring. They officially void the warranty if you don't use their boxspring.
