Any way to search using KVS?
When I searched KVS for EK I can see "X" which is economy award but not "D". I am not sure if they have Business awards under another letter.

Only economy awards can be searched on KVS.

So #70, where's the trip report? And how did you call CO while in the PH Dubai to make all those changes?

Skype maybe.

for some $11 or so, you have one month of unlimited worldwide landline calls

Or someone called him and then conferenced in CO and left that call. $30 later they were done.

You cannot leave a conference. You can mute
or 'just not listen' but need to stay on.

And yes, the call will cost a lot of money to the caller, so I prefer my idea.

Actually, you can leave a conference. When you are using a PBX system with call parking...which is exactly what I did. And the person at the other end of the line did not have a computer and could not use skype. So it was either pay $3 a minute from the hotel phone, or do it my way.

you can make another call, but technically your system is still connected to this call.

Of course, and that is why the call ended up costing so much. But this is what we do for friends...

The OP was there during Ramadan, and it is a crime punishable by jail to eat or drink publicly. How crazy is that!?

I don't think that any of you (other than Eli maybe) can realize how enjoyable a vacation is when you know that you are the only Yid within 2500 Miles

Oh yes, I appreciate it !

Someone once asked me if I'm going to Davos, Switzerland in the summer.

(Davos in the Swiss Alps, becomes like one big shteeble in the summer, where all swimming pools are turned into mikvas, and fridays on the main square, you can buy tshulent, galleret, and so on)

So my answer to the guy was: b"h not!

So the guy asks me, what I have against jews?

So I told him: just imagine I'm in Davos, and I wake up very early to daven 'nets', and then start a long walk up the mountain.
After 13 long hours, I climb the last few meters to the top, totally exhausted at 12,000 feet, only to bump into a meshulach that is collecting money, to buy a second dira for his son that is getting married...

The guy got message.

I reckon you would be shocked how many yidden there are within 2500 miles wherever you go...
But from those that youre trying to get away from, you are right...

reb yid, I booked for a couple of yiddish speaking people a trip going there.

As an interesting note, OS only flies there a part of the year.
