Ah, I didn't realize. Why not just write the whole report in Word then post it?

The itinerary started off at 105k went up to 115k then to 125k and 17 chages later came out to 145k. Booked it through CO. Thanks to my platinum status, no change fees :)

Very nice!
I don't think even I have ever made 17 changes to a ticket!

I just imagine that I made a booking, think of all possible excuses to change to different dates/times/flights, and then book  ;D

Annoying part about booking EK with CO miles is no access to F. And there is no way around that. Trust me. I've tried everything!

I've pm'd him multiple times in the past an he's never responded. He obviously didn't get F and is embarrassed now. You can actually get EK F with UA miles but on a separate (very expensive) award which cannot be combined with other airlines. Maybe after the merger it'll get easier

Depends on the route. Seats are also much easier to get with short notice. You can check availability on EF

On Expert Flyer, you search "Business - Saver Award & Upgrade" which is D Class.

If anyone else here is interested, I'd love to have a DDD (Dans Deals "Do") in Dubai this winter...
