Am i the only one who thinks $75 Staples GC is the way to go on this one.
what am i missing here

Why limit yourself to Staples?  Plus you can use CC to get points at staples.  Just go with Amazon GC and you can buy almost anything you can possibly need.

When you buy staples GCs an Amazon: if in freedom Q4 = 5 ppd.  otherwise 1 ppd.
But spending in Staples with an Ink card is always 5 ppd.

So buying a staples GC at Amazon is not always getting the most bang for your buck.

amazon g.c. seem to sell for more than their worth on e bay . EXPLANATION?

They reverse the payment through paypal.

I was unfortunate enough to find out this info because it happened to me. I sold a few Amazon gift cards at profit on Ebay- and now the payments are being reversed. I stand to lose a good few hundred dollars...

Can anybody direct me to the correct thread to discuss this?

Gosh, I forgot to quote the line I was referring to. I just fixed it.

Well, I sold a few Amazon gift cards, and I was stupid enough to offer them as e-gift cards. Now when the buyer reversed 6 purchases (total of $145) I have no tracking info to offer as proof! I uploaded whatever info I could to Paypal proving that I did send the claim codes to the buyer.

Any way I can get the money back from Amazon or Amex?

Aside for the $145 that was reversed by 1 buyer- I had an additional $50 reversed buy a different buyer. Now I'm terrified and waiting for $700 worth of payment to be approved. I HATE PAYPAL!

I don't know if this is still the case, but it used to be that Ebay only allowed physical GC's to be sold. CMIIW

I know, I found out too late that it was against the rules
