I emailed code...plus sent it in the mail.  Turns out, ebay emailed me saying it was suspicious buyer but paypal saw the payment and I showed proof that I mailed, so they gave me my $.

Gotta thank you for this- I was able to save 4 of 8 transaction from being reversed.

my transactions were made on 12/31 but the posting date on amex was 1/1.
I chatted with them and got the same 90 day garbage. Their chat is so buggy and never works so having trouble chatting with them again

Try call them
Say that your were already offered the credit over chat and ask if they could please post it asap
They should be able to do it within 24 hours

I had the same issue as the many others that my $75 purchases were showing up as being on 1/1 so i spent a whole bunch of time chatting with them and they manually gave me all the credits.

Anyway the coolest thing just happened, almost all of my accounts just received the credits (3/1) AGAIN!!!

I guess the 90 day thing wasn't bunk as i had thought, but all the accounts that the manual credits are listed as "credit for billing inquiry"  were recredited, but one of my accounts when manually credited was listed as "amazon offer" did not get recredited.

Anyone else get lucky enough to pull $50 off $75 at amazon like me?
