I can't say I completely agree with you. I was there late November and while I agree the food was very good and plentiful and the Mashgiach was extremely nice and helpful, the resort itself left a lot to be desired.
I stayed in a private villa. While very large and spacious it wasn't very pretty or clean! The showers also had very very little pressure (practically none at all). The villa had a private pool but it wasn't very clean and didn't see any staff come clean it during my stay. It also wasn't heated (and the water was surprisingly cold), which was OK during the day but was definitely not an option at night.
It is possible that there are nicer villas in the property but as far as I understand the villa that gets assigned to you is pot luck. I can't speak for the presidential suites or other type of rooms, they might be better.
I didn't see all the beaches but the one or two that I went to look at weren't anything spectacular either.
While I did enjoy my stay and the convenience of having a kosher restaurant (especially over Shabbos!) I don't know that I would run back there the next time I want a getaway. I'm not saying I would never go back and it does have some benefits, but I will go knowing what to expect.
I also just heard that as of February they are raising the price for the kosher meals from $99 per person per day to $150.
