How do I get my Sprint Iphone back to CDMA

Coming back to NYC soon after using my unlocked sprint Iphone 5 S in GSM mode with local carrier for last 2 months.

Now how do I get it to work in Sprint CDMA network again ?

With BBerry  just changed from GSM back to IXEV .

just put the sprint sim back in. I phones don't have the setting like the bb.
