Looking at getting either the Barclaycard Arrival+ or Chase Sapphire Preferred to supplement my Hilton AmEx so as to avoid foreign-transaction fees, have chip/pin, and something that's not AmEx. I spend just enough on the Hilton AmEx to make Diamond every year. The two cards seem pretty comparable, with the big difference being the Arrival+ offers World Elite and CSP Visa Signature. Is one program considered much better than the other? I've looked at both their sites, but details are usually in the fine print. Also, is one card better than the other for points accrual if I'm currently only taking a handful of flights on an assortment of carriers each year?
