I'm confused. The hotel is wide open for Wednesday night with rooms as low as $395 and available to be reserved with points. Why do you think this is a commodity (You would be better off just selling an award night...)

The room, Andaz XL View King, actually goes for $495 plus tax.  Just curious, how much can i sell an award night for?
