Do you find the article you posted slanted at all?
They label him as an armed terrorist. They also say there is no evidence he was armed. They showed he supports the terrorist group but not that he is part of it.
First of all, of course it's slanted, just as night is way darker than day. Just the facts, sir.
Second of all, you misread it. The star witness is a terrorist, a member of Islamic Jihad, has also posted with weapons, etc. Although he was not known to be carrying weapons that morning, that doesn't change the fact that having a terrorist as your star witness supposedly testifying that he saw the enemy intentionally shoot the journalist, well, pass the beer.
