It wasn't actually 5:30 to 3:30/2:30, but rather it was 5:30-7:30 and 10:00-3:30/2:30

Young israel in staten island sfard minyan (with the the 5 other minyanim there varying slightly (earlier) about 1/2 hour at most): 8:15-12:55pm first day
8:15-12:45pm second day (no breaks in either, small speech).

I think this year was the first year where me and my wife never looked even once to the end of mussaf page to see how many more pages were left (to estimate timing). no slow chazzanus except for a bit by unesaneh tokef, and just classic tunes.

Ohr Hachaim (Yeshiva) in Queens:
first day: 8:00am-2:50pm 20 min break
2nd 8:00am-2:30pm

Just read through this thread and got a whole new appreciation for my RH davening.
8am to 12:45 both days
...and that's with a 20 min speech (and a 53 second long Tekia Gedola!)
