Hu? There is a chiyuv to wash and make a seuda. Even those who finish very late are making a (late quick) seuda of course.
Yes of course. I meant no formal seuda with the family.
If you don't care why would you comment?

Even that is doable and being done for the most part

Last year we finished 11AM on the first day and 10:50 on the second. Don't know when we started (it was more like you started whenever you wanted so long as you chapped Borchu), but I know I didn't put on my tallis until right before (Sfard) Baruch Sheomar when misheyakir had just passed.

First day: Kaddish at 5:06. Hineni at 8:35 after 5-minute break. Finished at 10:35.
Second day: Kaddish at 5:07. Lamenatzeach at 8:20 after a 10-minute break. Finished at 10:50.
This year we switched from Kahal then Chazan to sing-along in a few places, including Hayom Haras Olam and (where relevant) Areshes Sifoseinu, so we shaved a few minutes off that way. I implement the Rabbi Berkovits Shatz method: "Give the tzibbur all the time that they need - but when it is just you, fly!"

Not exactly... Maybe for the tzibbur but not for me.
First day went: seuda, finished at chatzos (my 9YO said this massive twenty minute story and I didn't want to interrupt her on RH). Slept until 2:40 mincha, seuda shlishis after. Was in the Beis Midrash after that.
Second day, my wife went to tekios right as I came home, then we ate. Slept like a rock until maybe 3. Went to the Beis Midrash until mincha and then tashlich and then back to the Beis Midrash.
