Glenlivet 1991, about $75.
Save your time, I don't answer PM. Post it in the forum and a dedicated DDF'er will get back to you as soon as possible.

whats the taste like? price?
the "vintage bourbon" 21 year cost roughly $90 (IIRC) and is a super smooth full flavor sipping bourbon, you could drink it with a straw! :) very strong oak flavor but not overpowering also somewhat spicy (some people prefer the 17 year version which is a little cheaper and has a slightly sweeter more complex bouquet)

Blanton's is my go to gulping bourbon if you what a great shot which shines the whole way down and leaves an awesome taste in your mouth go with the blanton's there are a couple variations i like the gold horse one. This bourbon has a rougher feel but not too harsh.  It has a classic boubon flavor (read caramel/vanilla and some spice) and some prefer it cut with a bit of water as this mellows it while bringing out the flavor

hows that for "pretentious" and snobby?  :) :)

That thread has it all. I had some Laphroaig recently and it was gross, much smokier than I remembered.
