Per the CRC, Ealanta is recommended, and Astar/original are recommended when bearing an OU. Just saw Astar with an OU a few minutes ago (got glenrothes alba reserve, which is excellent IMO for <$50)

It was on Shabbos, so I don't have a link but I imagine they were talking about the regular list. Perhaps it was recently updated. Says Jameson is something to avoid because of the casks. Has it always said that? When I was at the factory a few weeks ago, they said the regular Jameson is usually stored in old Jack Daniels casks.

Pretty good deal, thanks. Shipping to NYC was $26 for a single, got 2 for $28.
