I've ordered an item using prime 2 day shipping, with the intent of using it the day it was supposed to arrive, and since it came late, I contacted them and received an additional month of prime free and a $15 amazon credit.
I feel that I was entitled to some compensation because they guarantee 2 day shipping, and it is therefore their responsibility to make sure I get it in time, and if I don't it is their responsibility to resolve the issue.
