AFAIK some are and some aren't. Depends where you buy it.

Bottled in Mexico is kosher.
Got a few from MB that way via CUN :)

I heard the same thing, but it depends on which vaad you go with.  There are very reputable vaadim on both sides.

Both CRC and Star-K say bottled in Mexico is good.

I picked one up in Spain, It says "Product Of Mexico" but it doesn't say where it's bottled, where does that put me? :-\

FYI spelled Kahlua

Star-K:
Kahlua
Approved: Please note that Kahlua Liqueur, which states on the label, that it is “BOTTLED in Mexico” is now acceptable.
Labels which state “PRODUCT of Mexico” but are “Bottled in the USA” may not be used at the present time.
PLEASE READ THE LABEL CAREFULLY!

Yup I read the Star-K policy, hence my question. What If I bought it in Spain and the label states “PRODUCT of Mexico” but it does not say anything about bottling. Can I assume it was bottled in Mexico? Is it kosher?

I would not assume that.

KLBD says the only issue is with the US version (where apparently it's bottled on the same equip as non-kosher drinks).
All other versions are acceptable according to them.
