How to change room at InterContinental Barclay NYC from Best Rate Promotion

Hi,
In the summer I did the Best rate promotion and got a free hotel room for InterContinental Barclay NYC for this Monday night. I want to change it to February.
Anyone know how to do it for free? Can it be done for free? Best way to do it?
