Phone Repair

I have a phone with sprint, signed a sero plan 3 months ago, one day the icons on my phone just stoped showing up, and the calculater would not work. so i went to the sprint store and they reset the settings but that did not help they said i would need to give it to a tech to look at it and they could charge me anything between 15 and fifty dollars. I told them I would think about it if It's worth paying to have the cute little menu icons and calculater. does any one have a solution how i could get this done without paying? Thanx

Don't have insurance and they said you could only buy it within thirty days you have the phone, I told them I have a warrenty they said It's not from sprint It's from sanyo go deal with them

You can only add insurance to your line within 30 days of buying a phone.
Once you have insurance it applies to whatever phone is currently on the account.

Do a esn swap to a diff phone call up sprint put on insurance then transfer it back the insurence is on the line itself not the phone then just bring it back into the sprint store.

At least thy tell you so, it's not to hard to get just go online and try to add it, i got a screen fixed so i know that the insurance was really there, you can also call and tell them that you where supposed to have it and you dont see it on your bill and thy probably will give it to you.
