EL AL to change upgrade/bonus vouchers system

El Al "improves" bonus tickets issuing and upgrades by eliminating the
voucher system effective March 15th. Vouchers active in that date will
be canceled, points/money refunded.

Will you still be able to issue a bonus ticket or an upgrade to  a 3rd party? (issue a voucher in their name)
