First credit card for wife

My wife to be has a BOA account but no credit cards at all, wondering what the best option for us is...

How can she build credit fast and start getting cards under her name?
add her as a cardholder to my card?
joint account?
is there an advantage to apply under her maiden name?

please share advice, thanks!

Add to an old account that has a high CL and keeps a low balance. Give her social. Wait till statement closes.
