I have only had positive experiences with newegg.  There was one time I sent it on the last day and they sent me a letter that claimed it was postmarked to late but when I called them they made an exception for me.
 I read on sd that people have had very bad experiences with rebates from tiger direct.  Anyone here have problems recently?

Have done over $1k worth of rebates this year. Have never had an issue with newegg. Otoh TD "never received" an $80 claim of mine, as many have complained, so I disputed it with amex. Since then I now scan it b4 submitting.
It can be a pita, but if u have the appropriate machinery and stationary ie envelope, stamp and printer; and get familiar with the process, I find it worth it.

I sometimes do rebates and my process is to just be as organized as possible. If it's a printed form then I always use PDF software to type in my information so that there are no sloppy handwriting issues. I photocopy all documents including any UPC codes, staple them together and write the date mailed on the first page. In all takes about 5 minutes to do. Completely worth it, in my opinion.

You can't use the TD9-10071 rebate twice. So if you go this route, you lose the 'PREMIUM PRIVACY AND SECURITY TD BUNDLE.'

This has never happened before.  I tried in Chrome after I pressed the DDF link, and then in a 2nd Chrome, Internet Explorer, and Firefox from which I did NOT go to DDF first.  Did not help.   I temporarily disabled the entire K9 blocker...still did not help.  Any ideas?  This has taken so long that I missed the $20 rebate.  Too bad.

You gotta insert the DVD and input the activation key. No installation required. I'v done this like ten times

Ive done it twice (note 1 per month) and never had to insert the dvd, just register online.
