Iirc you cancel auto renew, but the subscription stays active. Check SD for exact details how to do the rebate.

I never received my order from dec. 16th and when i tried to log into my account to track the order there was always an error.  I finally contacted them today and they told me that my order was cancelled but for some reason they never had access to it and that was why they couldn't send me a cancellation email.  They had nothing to offer but apoligies.  When I really pushed and he offered to let me speak to a manager he came back on his own and offered me a $20 gc.
