I BH fast easily, even though on a normal day I eat quite a bit. I never drink a coffee which helps a lot I assume.

Fasting on a Friday means no cholent, galerete, liver & farfel tasting for To'amehu....  We're supposed to be  tomorrow for other reasons....

Problem with plag. It's about the same time as the shkiah.

You would have to wait 42 minutes anyways.(Unless you are in Israel) I am usually home from shul on friday night around 50 minutes after shkia, so no big deal.

Turns out fast is until tzes

2 interesting points abt this fast.
Its the only one that we do on a friday.
It can not fall out on shabbos, but if it would, we would fast on shabbos.
