I already started my journey and want to switch my return ticket. It's a United ticket booked through Singapore airlines. Is this possible? I'm leaving on Wednesday and want to switch to Friday. Airport stays the same.

So I spent a ton of time on the phone with them... But they honored it! I called twice before- once an agent told me that it's impossible to switch. Next- an agent told me that I can switch no problem. (Even though I knew this wasn't true, it was my way in) she sent me a confirmation email saying that the new flight was booked. Within 1 hour I got a phone call saying that they cannot switch the ticket and I explained that the agent told me I could. They said they'd call back today with a decision.  They made it very clear that it's a one time exception and that they are only doing it because they listened to the phone call and the agent did tell me that I could switch which was wrong on her part. But I was very persistent- try it! I told them that I already switched my plans based on the info from the agent.

I initiated a transfer of 20k points from a Chase Ink account to my Krisflyer account by 9:43 PM eastern time last time last night, and the points aren't in my account yet. Anyone know why that could be?

You can search on ita matrix what the YQ is for that flight

Eta. Just checked. YQ is $417 plus you're paying a little more in airport fees.

Np and I can confirm that SQ always passes on the full YQ on airlines that charge YQ on their awards.

If I have a decent and a great itinerary on SQ for which the decent one is bookable and the great one is waitlist-able:

Can I transfer miles and first waitlist the great one and then book the decent one? Will that work and keep the waitlist alive?

Thank you.

When booking international *A on SQ and wanting to add a domestic leg to it, does it need to be within 4 or 24 hours?

In case anyone else missed this too, SQ changing their IAH-DME to IAH-MAN end of October.

OMAAT has more details.

Thanks benjie1305 for bringing it to my attention.

Not for arrivals or transiting, only for departure out of UK.

Its actually a few dollars cheaper then routing through Moscow for random dates I just checked.

What would JFK-FRA-TLV in J (with the first leg being SQ and second being LH) cost in miles and SQ? Is there a better use of SQ for JFK-TLV
