I have a 46k balance, and it my account dashboard says:
Required: 25,000
by 31 Jul 2019

What does that mean?
That’s miles for status probably.

Thanks. Is there a way to see the expiration date of my miles?
I am sometimes accused of overthinking things. I am still mulling over whether that accusation has merit.

I'm traveling with a companion FRA-JFK SQ26 in Suites.
What seats should i take? 2 windows? or the middle 2?
My question is, are the middle 2 when combined designed for a couple? or for companions too?

No reason you can't share a bed with a "companion"

36 months since you earned/transferred them iirc. you can only see expiring miles within 3 months of expiration.

Save your points and book J on such a short flight, or do LH F.

if it doesn’t make sense to take SQ R then you shouldn’t be taking LH F either

I would not pay 130k SQ for R on such a short route. I would, however, pay 70k AC or 95k SQ for LH F, especially with LH ground experience and FCT if transiting.

LH F is really that great? I could spend another 30k and have an actual suite....

LH F is phenomenal and I'd rather have the ground service in FRA or MUC than the SQ suite on a flight that isn't that long to begin with, especially if it's going to cost me more points. (Although LH YQ will pretty much wash out most of the points savings.)
