Need some advice, JFK-FRA on SQ, I waited out for F to open as I booked for my parents but now its full... Soooooo now I have to go ONLY J. Right now its 68,000 SQ miles. Should I book it or wait it out?
The benefit is savings of 20,000 SQ miles, the con is noone has direct to FRA for that day in any J or F class

This is for 3/8

Whenever you waitlist and you don't clear until the flight, do you go on a waitlist at the airport as well?

When booking SQ and then connecting on United ie DMW-IAH-SFO I don't get the 15% discount for booking online. Should I just book it as two separate awards?

So what do they do if don't clear you? Put you in lower class? How many points do they deduct?

PUTPAC and ask for the discount on grounds that you would've booked online, except that it isn't possible.

Will not work. Discount is only for SQ flights.
