Anyone familiar with their routing rules? Would LAX-NRT-SIN-IST be a valid routing at the regular NA-Middle East price of 47.5/95/130?

Does united and singopore get the same availability for LH flights? I see a flight on united website but the SQ phone reps say they can't see it, is that normal?

It could be phantom space. The only program that should get better availability on LH is Miles and More.

It is common, but if you see it on all three United, Aeroplan, & ANA, the Singapore should see it is well.

Not very common, but it happens. Someone could've grabbed the seat, or an agent could be mid booking.

What happened in Aeroplan?

Singapore has lots of lazy agents so it might be the case of them just trying to get u off the phone

Another shtick they try is "we will call you back once we've resolved the issue". Never agree to that, just insist on waiting on hold.
