On hold now with SQ call center for over 1 hour... seems like forever.. anyone else reporting problems with their call center?

ETA: finally got through, must have been almost 1.5 hrs... but booked UA J JFK-LAX-JFK for 2 pax :) can't wait for a nice vacation
